Uganda, UAE investors sign five investment deals

The Ugandan government has signed five key agreements with investors from the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The agreements were signed at the State House in Entebbe on March 30.

The agreements relate to investments in aviation, tree planting, a digital land management system, logistics cargo hubs, storage chain facilities, and a comprehensive digital payment system for government transactions.

President Yoweri Museveni, who presided over the signing ceremony, has welcomed the investors to Uganda.
